Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with an Ohio client to find and qualify candidates for their Senior Mechanical Engineer position. This is a lead engineering role that will provide technical direction to a staff of engineers. There may be some direct supervisory responsibilities, but at a minimum this person will be expected to provide project and product line leadership. This person will be responsible for leading a staff in developing electro-hydraulic control systems and components for a large, equipment manufacturer. The client is looking for someone with innovation and leadership experience in bringing new products to market.
Requirements: Successful candidates must have hydraulics design experience, and be able to lead and influence projects. This person will be able to identify new ideas and provide both technical and project leadership for an engineering staff. Demonstrated experience in hydraulics design – this could include fluid power technology, electro-proportional control systems, etc…). Candidates must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Experience or background in heavy mobile equipment related industries is preferred.
