Description:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a prominent SW Ohio Company to find and qualify candidates for their Operations Engineering Manager; this person will support the director of engineering and operations in day to day functional management. This person coordinates engineering material, equipment and tool needs and will act as a liaison to meet presentation and data metric requirements. This person will lead all facets of knowledge management. Must be able to work across organizational and disciplines, including all levels of functional, project and sector.
Requirements:
Candidate must have demonstrated experience to include yearly engineering goals development, manpower plans, labor/budget baselines/forecasts, employee acquisition, knowledge management, capital planning, work location assignment, facility requirements, training planning, engineering tool management, employee performance management, salary adjustments, and staff training and development. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Must be team oriented, and have problem solving analytical skills. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. Existing security Clearance Required. |
