Description:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio Company to find a Quality Assurance Lead. This person is responsible for the development and execution of manual and automated tests to ensure the highest possible product quality and leading the automation team of 3-4 QA professionals. The QA Lead will work within a small team comprised of testers, developers, and other IT members to execute test strategies.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of software testing experience in a professional software development environment and 3+ years experience in a web based testing environment. Hands on workplace experience with testing tools – Quality Center and Quick Test Pro is a must. Great Communication Skills and Proven Lead Experience is a MUST. GC Holder or US Citizens only. Leading and Offshore Team experience preferred. |
