Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio Company to find and qualify candidates for their Project Manager position.  The project managers drive this client's business. This person will have   customer interaction, some travel - trade show, and be responsible for quoting changes.

MUST have a 4 year degree. BSME is preferred but a BSEE, BMET, or BSEET is acceptable also. But if you have a BSEE or BSEET you must be able to get around 3D modeling, even though this is NOT a design job.  Although not designing, they job is not only “paper pushing". Must take ownership and responsibility for the projects, deadlines, budgeting, etc. Do not want someone who just reports what is going on. Candidates must have a design background and must be able to use a 3D modeling package. Must have a willingness to be involved in customer account management, any experience a plus.  The client would also like to see some experience in dealing with customers.Machine Design and quoting experience are pluses.
