Description:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio company to find and qualify candidates for their RF Engineer position. This is a High visibility position; with ability to impact bottom line results for the company. This person will be tasked to: Design RF products including LNAs, synthesizers, filters, power amplifiers, and switches; Integrate necessary analog and digital interfaces or controls; Design for EMI/EMC, reliability and thermal performance. This person will direct PCB designers to assure superior RF performance of layouts. You must be a US Citizen.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will come from an RF/analog design background. Experience with following software and/or tools is helpful- Genesys, Mathcad, DX Designer. The client will also consider other schematic tools (e.g. Orcad, P-spice, etc…). However, candidates should understand power amps, power systems, etc…. Must have Co-Site knowledge or experience with either co-site mitigation or co-location interference. Candidates must have worked the 30-500 MHz range. Strong preference for prior experience in military design. Prefer experience in RF filter and amplifier design, supporting circuitry, impedance matching, evaluating performance tradeoffs, and analysis at frequencies less than 2.5GHz. Prefer Masters Degree. |
