Description: Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio company to find candidates for their Production Manager position. This person will promote lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous activities throughout the manufacturing process. He/she will review operating reports and resolve operational problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. This job has the possibility for career advancement into a Director level.
Requirements:
Candidates must have previous exposure to Materials Management and Supply Chain functions. He/she must have supervised hourly employees in a non-union shop. Must be very strong in lean manufacturing (5s, TPS, Six Sigma, etc). 4 year degree is an absolute MUST. IF YOU ARE A CAREER GM OR DELPHI EMPLOYEE, PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR RESUME!. Experience with advanced ERP systems and APICS Certification is desirable.
