Description: Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio Company to find and qualify candidates for their Business Development Engineer position. This person will be responsible for developing customer relationships and product development and proliferation strategy to ensure continued diversification in products, customers, and markets. Individual will provide system level technical support to customers and assist in development of cosite mitigation solutions.
Requirements:
Candidates must come from a strong RF and system engineering background. BSEE is required. Prior demonstration of successful Marketing and Sales experience is preferred. Candidates must have proven experience with the acquisition of new contracts and customers. Must be able to travel 10 to 20% of the time. US Citizens only.
