Description:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio Company to find candidates for their Business Development Manager position. This person will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
Requirements:
Candidates with Strong leadership and organizational skills are needed to influence others while building and maintaining relationships (internally and externally) critical to technology development and program execution and capture. Must have Strong knowledge of DoD Electronics Communications, Co-site engineering, Co-site mitigation techniques and Communication Systems Test and Integration on multi platforms. Must have a current TS security clearance and will be required to obtain additional clearances. Must be familiar with Department of Defense Programs, Planning, Budget and Execution processes, and acquisition strategies. Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) are required. Position requires proven experience with DOD Military Services and Intelligence Community. Advanced degree preferred. |
