Must have a technical background (e.g. mechanical, chemical, electrical, applications, process, industrial engineer, etc…). and excellent communication skills and must be able to interface with customers on site and over the phone. They are looking for candidates that will perform a position that is 50% design and 50% applications/sales engineering related. Candidates must have excellent communication and project skills; presentation skills, and computer skills. Able to break complex projects into subset actions.  Prefer design skills, and prefer CAD design experience. Prefer background in applications or sales engineering; but will look at candidates that are willing to learn CAD. Hydraulics industry experience is a plus.
