Description:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Western, OH Company to find and qualify candidates for their Mechanical Design Engineer position. This person will lead product design projects, as well as work on cost reduction programs for existing product lines. This person will develop, document and implement analytical techniques and methods to improve product design.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5 years+ experience with actual design of motors or rotating products and equipment. Must possess a thorough understanding of theoretical aspects of material structural performance. Candidates must have proven results orientated experience in leading projects or programs for value enhanced or new product development.Experience in FEA software programs including Static, Dynamic, Modal and/or Thermal Analysis is a plus. |
