Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio Company to find and qualify candidates for their Engineering Director position.This is a core technology for the company where large investments from the companies revenue will be put back into R&D.
Requirements:
Candidates are required to have either 7-10 years experience in direct Engineering Management or 5+ years as a Director of Engineering. You MUST have experience with electro-mechanical software systems and budget responsibility. This is NOT a beaurcratic Director level job. The client is looking for someone who is close to the R&D. He/she will have direct and indirect reports. Must have a 4 year degree, BSME or BSEE preferred. MBA, MS, International, and Co-development with outside firms are pluses.
