Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a growing Dayton Ohio Company to find and qualify candidates for their Project Manager positions. There are 2 positions open.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years in project management in a manufacturing background that includes metal forming or metal processed components (stampings, fabrications, etc…). Candidates must be able to demonstrate project successes and have experience with "cradle to grave" in project implementation. He/she should be familiar with tooling and dies for metal formed parts/components. We are looking for candidates with excellent project management skills to include experience with Costing, engineering, customer communications, and gaining operational support. Also should be familiar with APQP quality processes. Pluses - experience managing projects for plants in Mexico or outside the U.S., experience with welding, coatings, etc…Prior experience in the appliance industry is also a plus. |
