Description:
Russ Hadick and Associates has partnered with a very profitable and growing Dayton, OH company to find and qualify candidates for their Mechanical Engineer position. This person will conceive and develop projects as a senior level contributor or as a team lead.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a BSME or a BSMET.Solidworks experience is preferred, but they would also look at someone with Pro E. He/she must understand load and stack ups, load stresses, part tolerancing, etc. Experience designing large, capital equipment is required. Candidate must have FEA (Cosmos preferred), FMEA and failure analysis. Ocasional travel is required. Experience in several of these areas is a plus: Design for Six-Sigma (DFSS) design concepts, analytical methods, manufacturing methods, stainless steels, welding, sheet metal, plastics, and fluid flow. Also, CFD, DFMA and DOE experience, are pluses. |
