Description:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio Company to find and qualify candidates for their Engineering Manager position. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing 15+ Electrical Engineers and Mechanical Engineering/Designers.
Requirements:
MUST have a 4 year degree. BSME is preferred but a BSEE, BMET, or BSEET is acceptable also. Background with Machine Design or a Specialty Machine Design company is highly preferred but NOT a must. You MUST have experience in managing a department that works with customers in billable time/projects, such as a specials or custom engineering department. The client will look at candidates from machine design companies, where they make one or two products. If you come from "standard product" engineering management background, this is NOT the job for you. Machine Design and quoting experience are pluses. |
