Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio Company to find and qualify candidates for their Electrical Engineer position. This person will be responsible for analog design including schematic capture, component selection, and analysis and product documentation.  This person will also lead failure analysis, creating specifications, creating compliance matrices, test plans and test reports, assisting with the generation of manufacturing instructions and inspection plans, and fabrication and testing of hardware to verify the design meets the customer’s expectations.

Qualified candidates will have a BS EE, with 8+ years Design experience in analog and digital circuit design including sensor interfaces, communication protocols, power regulation, and high voltage circuits.  Successful Candidates will be able to design for failure analysis and manufacturability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and various CAD/CAE tools is a must. Electronic packaging experience is required. Previous DOD contract work is also required. Candidates must have experience generating proposals and must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. U.S. Citizens only. Ability to obtain DOD security clearance.Masters degree is a plus.
