Description:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio Company to find and qualify candidates for their Vendor Management position. Qualified candidates will be responsible for evaluating supplier performance agains service level agreements, managing established supplier contracts, and negotiating directly with established and potential suppliers. He/she will be identifying suitable metrics from agreed contracts to support assessment of performance, and ongoing service development, manages bench marking and service improvement planning and manages monthly, quarterly and annual supplier reviews.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have 3-5+ years experience in managing onshore and offshore vendors. Experience in evaluating supplier performance, managing established supplier contracts, and negotiating directly with established and potential suppliers is required. Good communications skills - he/she will be working with other internal vendor groups and learning how they work with vendors and able to learn from them - is a must. 4 year degree, MBA are pluses. |
