Description:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a profitable and growing Midwest company to find and qualify candidates for their Business Development Director position involving electronics instrumentation for the Life Sciences industry. This person will be responsible for developing and delivering new customers, leading in new ways to market product, working with R&D to change/enhance existing products, and identifying future opportunities for growth to the company. The job could require up to 50% travel. The position can potentially work remotely, but relocation to the Company’s headquarters is preferred.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a background in electronics instrumentation products involving the Life Sciences industry with well- documented successes in business development. Candidates should have a relevant master’s degree level of education along with 10 years+ in business development, and 5+ years in the Life Sciences industry with some experience in (electronic) instrumentation products. Candidates must have experience with: development and implement strategic growth plans, acquisition planning, managing global sales and marketing teams. International/global experience and travel is highly desirable. Candidates should also have a strong background in market intelligence skills and project and communication skills.Doctorate preferred; science degree is very desirable. |
