Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio Company to find and qualify candidates for their Machine Design Engineer position.

Requirements:
Candidates must be strong with Solidworks. The client will accept another 3D modeling package such as PRO-E, Catia, Solidedge, etc. Must be willing to be on the tube.  Machine design experience  is required. Most of the work is metal work, aluminum steels. Need someone that can get the design right the first time. The client does  not make high quantities, they make "one offs". Candidates must be concerned about getting the design done quickly and right the first time. Not concerned about shaving a few pennies off a design. Must have a 2 year degree. 4 year degree is a plus.
