Description: Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Western OH Company to find and qualify candidates for their Manufacturing Engineer position. This person will provide the vision and direction for future gear and grinding technical improvements.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing gears or grinding, including grinding, broaching, hobbing , shaping and finishing processes for gearsCandidates must have come from a lean Manufacturing background and be knowledge of machining practices, including CNC. Must have experience bringing new products to production.4 year degree preferred.
