Description:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio company to find and qualify candidates for their RF Engineer position. This is a High visibility position; with ability to impact bottom line results for the company. This person will be tasked to: Design RF products including LNAs, synthesizers, filters, power amplifiers, and switches; Integrate necessary analog and digital interfaces or controls; Design for EMI/EMC, reliability and thermal performance. This person will direct PCB designers to assure superior RF performance of layouts. .
Requirements:
Successful candidates will come from an RF/analog design background. Experience with following software and/or tools is helpful- Genesys, Mathcad, DX Designer. The client will also consider other schematic tools (e.g. Orcad, P-spice, etc…). However, candidates should understand power amps, power systems, etc…. Candidates must have worked the 30-500 MHz range; strong preference given to candidates with prior mil design experience. US Citizens only. Advanced degree. Preferred experience: RF filter and amplifier design, supporting circuitry, impedance matching, evaluating performance tradeoffs, and analysis at frequencies less than 2.5GHz. Power amplifier experience in the 30-500 megahertz range, also a plus. Prefer Master’s Degree. |
