Description: Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Western OH company to find and qualify candidates for their MFG Engineer/Electronic Assembly position. This person will be responsible for automated equipment and processes for Electronics manufacturing and assembly. He/she will Support the launch of new products. Processes and equipment are currently manual; this person will be leading efforts to move to automation.
Requirements: Qualified candidates will have 5 years+ experience working with automated equipment/processes in Electronics. Lean experience is required. He/she must be able to recommend design changes and implement automation for electronics. Candidates must be able to manage several multiple projects and must have experience launching new products. 4 year degree is a plus.
