Description:

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Northern VA client to find and qualify candidates for their Senior Software/Systems Engineer position. This person will support hardware and software systems in an operational production level environment, as well as perform research, develop software, and provide project input on cross functional software products. This posiition reports on a off hours shift.



Requirements:
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent, with 5+ years relevant experience in programming/scripting background and LINUX systems administration. He/she must  be able to do software updates, testing, bug fixes, hardware maintenance, systems monitoring, and scripting to automate manual processes. He/she must be able to work independently, and must be able to provide detail information and summarize to management. Experience working with large complex systems is preferred.
Minimum TS/SCI level clearance, or above.
