This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, math or equivalent technical discipline or equivalent technical experience. Candidates must have a strong familiarity with data structure and design, including data modeling concepts, as well as extensive experience in developing complex, robust, efficient programs to perform ETL functions. This person must have the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional group. Also candidates must have strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with both technical and non technical audiences including management and cross functional groups. Candidates will need the ability to lead small to mid size technical teams and must be self directed, providing up to date information on progress and issues. This candidate must have knowledge of large complex systems within the functional area and ability to deliver quality software deliverables. This person must have a high proficient knowledge and understanding of Full lifecycle development process including design, development, testing and implementation of moderate to advanced complexity systems.

Candidates with an understanding of public record data, especially of records related to the life cycle of a business, including Corporate Filings, UCC Filings, etc. would be a plus.
