Candidates must have technical skills such as CNC programming, CAD layout, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), process capability theory and statistical process control (SPC). This person must have good communication, computer, and organizational skills. Candidates should have strong project management experience or purchasing equipment, moving equipment and processes.

Having fabrication background and experience is a "plus". Working with steel, press brakes, saws, sheers, all things related to cutting, shaping, and processing steel components is highly preferred, but not required. Lean and CAD experience is a "Plus".
