Candidates must have experience with manual assembly process. The technical skills this person should have include CAD layout, Assembly processes, time studies/process standards, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, process capability theory and statistical process control (SPC). Candidates must have good communication, computer, and organizational skills. This person will need experience with new equipment installs or budgeting/costing processes.

Having Lean experience is a plus. Assembly and robotics background and experience are a "plus". Having robotics/automated processes in your background would be a "plus" to look at automation ideas going forward.
