Description: Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Northwestern Indiana Company to find and qualify candidates for their Senior Manufacturing Engineer position.
Requirements:
Candidates MUST have a 4 year engineering degree with at least 5-7 years experience and an understanding of the industrial engineering side of everything as well as CI principles and techniques. Looking for a self-starter with strong communication skills that is willing to travel daily and up to 15% overnight.
Candidates with an understanding of cost accounting are preferred, but not required. The ability to work in the AS/400 system is a "Plus". Fluency in Spanish and having an MBA would be a "Plus".
