Description: Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio Company to find and qualify candidates for their Product Development Engineering Manager position. This person will actively support product redesign and lead innovative product development.
Requirements: To qualify, candidates must have BSME or equivalent engineering degree and 10+ years of product design experience involving heavy duty equipment and hydraulic components. Extensive experience with leading engineering teams through product development lifecycle and working with marketing and business teams to generate value for the company and customers. Candidates must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
