Description:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Southwest Ohio Area Company to find and qualify candidates for their Compliance & Quality Engineer position. This person will lead and manage export and import compliance, licensing, training and administration programs for the company.
Requirements:
Candidates MUST have a combination of export/import compliance experience, along with some type of quality assurance or quality engineering experience at some point in their background. This person will need export compliance experience for Export Administration Regulations (EAR), to include audits, training, investigations and disclosures. This person will need knowledge of both export and import laws. This person should have the ability to travel in both the U.S. and Internationally. Candidates will need a strong ability to organize work, with attention to detail and high accuracy of results. Have excellent presentation, teambuilding and leadership skills. This person will need the ability to perform in complex cross-functional business environment with a global perspective of business environment and technology. As well as exhibit a strong results oriented background with ability to self direct. Candidates will need the ability to drive continuous improvement by involving employees in the problem solving and decision making as well as recognizing them for exceptional work and ensure that company policies, programs and all applicable external legal requirements are followed. Candidates should have a working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Publisher, Excel and Outlook. |
