Requirements:
Candidates will need experience leading manufacturing equipment automation and enhancement initiatives. This person will need experience consolidating manufacturing operations and facilities and outsourcing to domestic and offshore manufacturing resources. Candidates must have a strong Lean background. This person will need strong communication skills with the ability to build teams and work in a team environment. Willingness to travel as needed is required. Candidates must also have an understanding of cost accounting.
"Plusses" include the ability to work in the AS/400 system, fluency in Spanish and holding an MBA.
